Where is our data physically stored?
In accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), primary data storage remains within secure, high-tier data centers located in Istanbul. International data transfers are only performed when necessary for global research projects, ensuring equivalent levels of protection are maintained via standard contractual clauses.
What safeguards exist against unauthorized access?
We employ a multi-layered security architecture including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and strict role-based access controls (RBAC). Our Istanbul headquarters at Erenkoy Mah. 18 also maintains physical security protocols to protect on-site auditing terminals.
